Tay Class update..

Tay class have been very busy the last couple of weeks.

Some of the class enjoyed coming into school in their pyjamas last week for world book day.  They enjoyed listening to adults reading stories, looking at books and stories on the ipad too.

H was very excited to make numbers with both the arrow cards and the Numicon.  He started at 1 and went up to 145! We had to tidy up for lunch or he would have kept going.  What great focus ‘H’!

The children (and adults!) enjoyed playing shakers or drums for music.  We were practising playing to the beat, playing up high and down low.  ‘A’ is especially good on the drums.  We liked a few songs showing different instruments too.

‘A’ enjoyed using the Numicon to count in 2’s and also is enjoying playing with the model Magic dough.  He has used the dough to make different Numberblocks.

‘B’ enjoyed playing with the Numicon and Lego a lot this week.  He tried at at some jigsaws too.

‘L’ helped Miss M. wash the dishes after lunch.  She had fun playing with the water and the ducks too.

‘C’ has enjoyed looking at books and also taking photos and videos of herself on the ipad then looking at these.

‘A’ enjoyed number jigsaws and sorting numbers.  Also playing with the Paw Patrol toys at Choose Time.
