Seasonal cooking in Ness

After a bumper Harvest, Ness decided to use the spare apples which were available throughout the school. We explored recipes containing apples and learned how to safely chop and prepare apples for stewing. Well done to everyone who smelled and tasted the cooked apples! We designed a lovely dessert using meringues and custard to have with our stewed apples. Lots of instructions to follow and messy play!
