Don’t worry if you cannot manage all of the health week activities. Do what you can or create your own activities. What activities and strategies help you to keep active and healthy and what strategies help you to relax?
I have been mostly sticking to yoga because it helps my knees and it makes me feel much better. It can get me out of the yellow zone and back to the green. What helps you feel better? What do you do to relax your body and mind when you have too much energy or are feeling full of the fidgets? Can you think of strategies to share?
