Today we made Danish Pastries . We had to roll and cut our pastry dough, choose what fruit we would like in them and cop the fruit. We then put the fruit in our pasty and glazed them before putting them in the oven. To finish them off we dusted them with icing sugar.

What a fantastic first week in Cooking ‍ Club. We all worked very hard setting up our areas as well as helping to clear up. Some of us managed to try new things. Lots of skills were used and we were able to take home a sweet treat.

We have a great first week of advent. We had a special visitor arrive on Monday, a class elf called Sparkles. Sparkles has added a extra bit of fun to our week.
