During this month we remember Jesus’ mother, Holy Mary, and we should all try to say some extra prayers to her. We thought you and your families would like this. Ask an adult to help read this with you:

How are you feeling? Are you feeling GREEN, AMBER or RED? Talk to your families about your feelings. Talking about your feelings and emotions is very important – ask the people who live in your home how they are feeling too.
