Primary 3! How is your week going? What a glorious few weeks we’ve had! The weather has been beautiful and when the sun is shining, it just helps to make you feel better!
Here is one of your favourite songs. We often sing this on Wednesday mornings, it’s a great way to start the day.
It got me thinking about how important our friends are. As the song tells us:
“Someone to play with, someone to stay with, someone to walk with, someone to talk with, someone to laugh with, someone to cry with… That’s what a friend is for”
I’m sure you have all missed your friends over these past few months, and your friends will be missing you too! Hopefully, it won’t be too long until you can see and play with your friends again, in a safe way. I thought it would be a really nice idea if you draw a picture, write a letter, make a card, a postcard or even a certificate for your friend! You could keep it in a safe place for the time being, and when it’s safe for us to see each other again, you can give it to your friend. That would be a very special act of kindness and will definitely put a smile on your friend’s face.
Enjoy these friendship songs:
Stay safe boys and girls. Missing you all.
