Happy Friday to our Primary 1 stars!
We hope you have had a lovely week and enjoyed doing some of your Home Learning activities.
For now, we would like you to sit back, relax and enjoy listening to this wonderful story “Sharing a Shell” by Julia Donaldson.
The tiny hermit crab loves his new shell. He doesn’t want to share it – not with a blobby purple anenome and a tickly bristleworm. But life in the rock pool proves tougher than Crab thinks, and soon he finds he really needs his new housemates. This is a lovely story of sea, shells and friendship.
Can you copy the names of the characters and draw the pictures?
Look at these pretty shells. Can you copy them, or even make your own shell? What colour is it? What shape is it?
Some tips for Free Writing:
Find a quiet space to sit and write comfortably and safely. Set a timer for about 10 minutes. Listen to music and draw whatever you like! Try the snail racing timer.
