Primary 3

Primary 3 have been participating in litter picking in the school grounds this week. This is another way that we can help the environment and be responsible citizens. We discussed how there is less litter in some areas than others and that sometimes it is not the people who are in the school that are dropping the litter.

SumDog and Prodigy  both had a challenge set  this week and prizes were given for the top three positions! A super well done to everyone who took part and a big thank you to the grown-ups  at home for encouraging and supporting participation. Both games can be played on a number of devices, including mobile phones. The children have loved checking in on the leader board every day.

As a school we are participating in the Maths Week Scotland Contest. It would be great to see as many children in the class as possible logging on!

We are still all very much enjoying learning about Ancient Egypt.
