Primary 4 have been very busy again!
We went outside to the woods on Monday to go exploring and den building. It was great fun and we are looking forward to learning a lot more about the plants and animals around our school.
We learned about adding and symmetry in Maths.
We learned about the Rosary in RE.
We learned about Roman Numerals in Topic. We made a clock and we made a brooch too.
We changed our RE display when October began. We made a display to show lots of the titles of Mary. One of her titles is Queen of the Most Holy Rosary.
We started our new Word Boost book. It is all about the Wombles who live in Wimbledon Common and pick up and use all the rubbish that humans beings leave behind. We had six new words to learn all about. They were dignity, bustling, gormless, extremely, prodding and offhand. We acted out the words and we discussed their meanings. We even matched them to pictures!
On Friday, we led the first School Mass to be live streamed! We read the readings and the prayers which we had been practising all week.
Let’s have a relaxing weekend, Primary 4! We deserve it!
