Tay Class pupils spent time on simple acts of respect to mark Remembrance Day. We found out that the word poppy starts with the sound ‘Pp’. We listened to, repeated or learned the words: flower, poppy, petal and soldier. We coloured and stuck together lots of poppy petals and centres including giant-sized ones. We used different sized cake cases and felt pens or paint to colour them in red and black. We hope you like our poster and we joined in singing the song, at our own level of engagement.
