As it is World Book Week Primary 3 enjoyed a story during our outdoor learning time. The book is called Look Up.
We enjoyed hearing the story and it made us think if we could Look Up more. We all agreed that at times we spend too much time playing computer games, using tablets or phones and even watching the TV that there might be things happening around us that we are missing.
We spent some time looking up in the woodland area to really look at things, things we usually don’t notice. We then thought about some adjectives we could use to describe these things.
Back in class, inspired by Vivian French, we have started making our own books and we are going to try using some of these adjectives in our stories. We are very keen to get our books finished by the end of the week.
