Advent has truly arrived in Primary 1.
On Tuesday morning we were so excited to see that a Christmas elf had decided to visit us for the month of December. We were so lucky because he brought us 2 advent calendars, lots of Christmas stories for us to read during Advent and a Christmas Nativity set for us to play with.
Our doctor’s surgery has been turned into a Christmas Post Office. We can write letters to Santa and cards to our friends and post them in the Christmas Postbox. There is a wrapping area where we can wrap and label Christmas presents.
We enjoyed listening to the Nativity story. We listened to the story and then discussed what the main events were. This week we looked at the first 4 main events and had a go at writing each part of the story.
