Arctic Engineering Challenge

Tay Class pupils made igloos using marshmallows and cocktail sticks. We started with the bottom of the igloo and remembered to leave an opening for the door. We then built upwards, shaping the walls of the igloo inwards. Somehow a few of our sweets disappeared… look closely to see if you can spot any clues! Please be assured there was lots of handwashing before, during and after this activity!

We didn’t quite manage to cover the top of the structure. Next time we will use smaller marshmallows… and buy extra! What great fun!
