We have had a busy  Health Week in primary 1. We have taken part in lots of fun activities throughout the week. On Mindfullness Monday we learned different breathing techniques to use at times when we feel worried or sad. We can use bubble breathing, balloon breathing or rainbow breathing.
We have enjoyed doing some yoga programmes, Trolls, Sonic the Hedgehog and Minecraft. We were very good at holding all the tricky poses.

Mrs Watson took us out on Tuesday afternoon for playground games. We were skipping, playing hop scotch, bouncing on the space hoppers and playing on the bikes and scooters. We had so much fun.

On Wednesday morning we were very lucky to be the audience for the primary 7’s sports day. We loved cheering on our buddies and friends from our House.  We then ran our own egg and spoon and running race. We ran so fast and had fun. After our races we all got ice-cream! It was a great end to our brilliant Health Week.
