What lovely weather we have had this week! This has allowed us to spend some extra time outdoors enjoying the sunshine working on problem solving and team work skills.
We have been working on using the technologies in the classroom independently this week. We are finding it tricky but have been persevering. We all enjoyed being able to do this.
In maths we are exploring place value further and in literacy we have been working on our sounds and using strategies to spell. We have also enjoyed our Word boost book of the week, Baby Brains. In word boost we will be looking at different words each week and working out if they are a verb, a noun or an adjective.
Our topic for this term is Egypt, together we looked at some resources to decide what we as a class would like to learn about Egypt. This is something we are really looking forward to.
