What a busy few weeks we have had in primary 2. We have been settling into our class and getting to know each other.
We have started the Read, Write Inc programme where we are recalling and practicing all the sounds, we learned in primary 1. Through this we have learned some new rhymes to help us write each sound and have met Fred the frog who helps us to blend the sounds together.
We started our class topic on people who help us and have so far been thinking about who helps us at home. We have built houses which we like to modify and make home improvements. Over the next few weeks, we will be looking at who else can help us and will be adding to our small world area as we learn more.
