Primary 1 Yoga

We did something a bit different this week for P.E. We had great fun following along with Cosmic Kids Sonic The Hedgehog Yoga. We found some of the poses a bit tricky and it really tested our balancing skills. Mrs Gaffney was very impressed with our flexibility and strength. We enjoyed the part when we made the magic rings appear.
