It has been great to have all of the children back in P1.
We have had a busy start to the new term. Here is what we have been learning.
Ellie – We have been learning how to get on to the ipads.
Jessica – We have been learning to subtract.
Annalee – In maths we have been taking numbers away.
Dara – I like using the Numicon to help me take away.
Bonnie – We have been learning to count to 20 and backwards.
Emilie – Our new topic is ‘Our Community’.
Bonnie – We have been talking about different types of houses and where we live.
Cody – We have been looking at a map of Polbeth and I know the main road in Polbeth is the A71.
Lowen – We decided we are going to turn the house corner into a vets surgery.
Kiera – I like our Word Boost story. ‘I don’t want to go to Bed.’
Jaxon – We are all being nice to each other in class.
