This week in Primary 2 we started our outdoor learning with Mr Lockhart. We loved it! We made our own little communities before building our community around the school using loose parts. We then had some free time to play, some of us continued building with the loose parts whilst other rolled down the hill.
This week in topic we started to learn about the island Katie Morag is based on called the Isle of Coll. We looked where it was on a map and its shape, before using google street view to do our own research and take notes on what we found on the island. We thought it was very strange to have sheep on the road and that many houses are painted white.
