Cooking Club

A great first week back at cooking club!

As last week was Burns Day we went with a Scottish theme and made shortbread. Working in pairs we used a simple recipe and mixed the butter sugar and flour together before rolling it out and cutting it into shape.

Once cut we carefully put our shortbread onto a baking tray and sprinkled them with sugar.

We are looking forward to making something new next week
