Week Three in Primary 1

Another amazing week completed in Primary 1 Miss Stenhouse is very proud of all the children and their amazing work!

Primary 1 have been learning about how to be a good leader through Leader in Me. This week we discussed how to be proactive and how this connects to our school values. We will be learning all 7 habits of happy kids through Leader in Me and each week someone will be selected for a class certificate.

To start with we created our own Leader in Me tree for our classroom to remind us that we can all be leaders. We will be working on Stop Think and make Good Choices

We have been creating a charter for our outdoor learning and exploring the outdoor learning areas at the school. We used our hand prints to sign our Outdoor Learning Charter.

At the Trim Trail we were working on our balance and coordination skills.

In PE we have been exploring different equipment that we will be using. This week we have forced on throwing and catching.
