Happy Campers Day 2
Question of the day… who doesn’t love mac and cheese with garlic bread?
Good News!! Everyone slept very well- no issues reported and the first night was just amazing!
An early start after a hearty breakfast- the day started cold and cloudy but moods were bright and happy. Morning activities were Cat-Walk and Problem Solving. Many of our young people challenged themselves today, especially overcoming heights and team challenges. The crate climb record was broken today- an amazing height of 11 crates carefully and strategically placed to help the teams succeed. Catwalk was an amazing experience where all our young people climbed high, and managed The Macarena dance at some point during the descent! Problem solving tested our resilience, whilst Nightline helped hone our communication. Environmental Studies taught us about improving our natural surroundings. At this moment, we are running around camp looking for clues to answer questions- hide and seek General Knowledge style.
In spite of tired legs and heavy eyes, our amazing bunch of campers just keep going.
Enjoy the pictures.
