Another week in P2!

A busy week as always!

In Numeracy, we completed our assessment and moved on to a new topic, addition using our number bonds. We continued to develop our confidence with numbers through practical activities and lots of discussion.

In Literacy, we continued working hard in our Read Write Inc. groups, practising our sounds, reading and writing skills.

In our People Who Help Us topic, we worked in small groups to create our very own drama pieces based on our learning. We had some budding actors and actresses in P2! We then became drama critics and assessed each other’s performances, sharing one thing we loved and one thing that could make the performance even better next time. We loved seeing everyone work together, use their imaginations and build their confidence when performing for others.
